Siamo particolarmente felici di ospitare la “nostra” Laura Ferrari di La Weddy, con il suo 3° appuntamento dedicato alle location più esclusive e particolari, perfette per il tuo matrimonio. Questa volta Laura ci accompagnerà in un luogo che ti farà certamente sognare ad occhi aperti.

Today we are very happy to host “our” Laura Ferrari from La Weddy, on her 3rd meeting dedicated to
the most exclusive and special locations, perfect venues for your wedding. This time Laura will lead us to
a place where you will certainly find yourself daydreaming, the spotlight is on the landscape of Siena and
on an outstanding location such as Villa Curina Resort with their Executive Chef Giorgio Trovato. Let us

Le morbide colline del Chianti che in autunno si tingono di colori meravigliosi, regalano paesaggi mozzafiato a cui è difficile restare indifferenti. Se ami la poesia e la tranquillità quasi surreale della campagna e sogni un matrimonio semplice ma raffinato, il Villa Curina Resort e il suo ristorante Il Convito di Curina, sono senza dubbio la cornice ideale per coronare il tuo sogno di nozze.
In autumn the soft hills of Chianti are painted with wonderful colors, showing breathtaking views that
will hardly leave you unimpressed. If you love the poetry and the almost unreal quietness of the

Guide stars. Surrounded by the quiet of the Siena hills, here the silence and peace will take over you,
while being only 9 km from the city, Time would expand and immediately you will forget the hustle and
bustle of city life. This is a place that can turn your wedding into a wonderful party and a jolly time to share with friends and family, while being pampered by the kindness of the resort personnel but especially delighted by
dishes of Executive Chef, Giorgio Trovato.

Il Convito di Curina conserva infatti l’anima della Toscana, la sua cucina racchiude i sapori e la storia della tradizione culinaria di questa regione reinterpretati attraverso le contaminazioni culturali e l’esperienza internazionale di Chef Trovato che ha concepito il menù come “un viaggio sensoriale per il commensale”.
The Convito di Curina maintains indeed the spirit of Tuscany and its cuisine, keeping history and flavours
of the region’s culinary tradition revisited through the cultural blending and international experience of
Chef Trovato, who concocted the menu as “a sensory journey for the diner”
La terrazza del ristorante con il suo affaccio sui colli senesi è in grado di regalare panorami suggestivi e spettacolari tramonti. Quale location migliore potevamo scegliere per il nostro allestimento?
Una mise en place che vuole richiamare alla mente il Chianti e i suoi colori. Un allestimento semplice, non pretenzioso ma allo stesso tempo ricco e sofisticato che ho ricreato anche all’esterno della location, potendo contare sui colori e sulla luce incredibile di un giorno di fine settembre.
The restaurant’s terrace with a view over the hills of Siena is there to offer evocative landscapes and
spectacular sunset. What better location could we choose for this setup?
A mise en place recalls Chianti and its colours. A simple arrangement, nothing pretentious, yet rich and
sophisticated, that I recreated on the exterior of the location, making use of the colours and the
incredible light of a day in late September.

Per l’occasione Florpassion ha realizzato composizioni floreali ricche e opulente che mixano tonalità vinaccia, prugna a rosa più delicati e graziosi. Rose ramificate rosa screziate Pink Flash e rose fucsia Glorius sono il cuore attorno a cui si sviluppa la composizione composta anche da Dahlie avorio, Orchidee Dendrobium, Mini rose inglese avorio, Lisianthus per finire con un tocco esotico di peperoncino e Nutans.
Just for the occasion, Florpassion created lavish and rich flower arrangements that mix burgundy and
plum shades to a more delicate and pretty pink colour. Branches of pink roses mottled with Pink Flash
and Fuchsia Glorius (Lady’s eardrops) are the core, around which the composition develops with ivory
Dahlias, dendrobium orchids, ivory Mini English roses, Lisianthus and ends with an exotic touch of chili
pepper and Nutans.

La stationery calligrafica è stata realizzata da Marilou con carta vinaccia accoppiata a carta cotone bianca. Il taglio sagomato a mano, che riprende le foglie di vite nei segnaposto e il grappolo d’uva nei menù, è una chiara citazione dei vini toscani tanto famosi.
The stationary table cards are created by Marilou, using Burgundy cards matching with cotton white
paper. The handmade cut, matching the vine leaves on the placeholders and the grapes on the menu, is
a reference to the so famous Tuscan wines.

Per un contesto così romantico e suggestivo, dove la natura ti avvolge così piacevolmente Couture Hayez ha realizzato un abito dal sapore country chic, utilizzando il fascino del morbido tessuto in plumetis impreziosito dal pizzo leggero, un’anticipazione della nuova collezione che si sta preparando in questi mesi in Atelier. La bravissima Make up Artist Nicha ha curato lo Styling per l’acconciatura della modella e il Make up.
For a context so romantic and charming, where nature surrounds you in such pleasant way, Couture
Hayez created a country-chic dress, using the appeal of a soft plumetis fabric enhanced by light lace, a
preview of the new collection, which has been prepared at the Atelier in the past months. The talented
Make-up Artist Nicha oversaw the model’s hairstyle and makeup.
Il modello Francesca è stato uno dei primi abiti realizzati per la collezione La Leggerezza, magistralmente catturato dall’obiettivo di Marian Bader Duven in uno scenario inimitabile come quello delle colline senesi, a Villa Curina Resort.

Le immagini di questa sessione fotografica, hanno fatto il giro della rete conquistando anche la pagina Facebook di VOGUE SPOSA con più di 3065 Mi Piace e 269 Condivisoni, tanti anche i commenti positivi. Davvero orgogliose di un risultato così straordinario, frutto anche di un grande Lavoro di squadra con uno staff di eccellenza, davvero al top!
Dalla grande ospitalità dello Chef Giorgio Trovato di Villa Curina Resort, alla sinergia con Micaela Scapin di M.Comunicazione e Laura Ferrari di La Weddy. Prezioso anche il contributo di Nicha Make up, che ha realizzato acconciatura e trucco della modella, studiato ad hoc, nei mesi precedenti in Atelier a Milano.
Per l’allestimento floreale ha contribuito Karina Ligia di FlorPassion coordinata da La weddy che ha curato anche le due mise en place. Inviti, partecipazioni e segnaposto a cura di Marilou.
È stato davvero un piacere essere ospiti di uno staff squisitamente professionale come quello del Villa Curina Resort oltre che collaborare con tutta l’equipe che ha reso possibile tutto ciò, riunita per l’occasione in una cornice da sogno.
